- Psychometric testing design and advice
Should you use psychometric testing? We are fully qualified to provide independent advice on psychometric testing, including ability, motivation and personality testing. We also design bespoke psychometric tests, including situational judgement tests.
TRAINING FOR INTERVIEW AND ASSESSORS
We encourage organisations to utilise a mix of professional assessors and current employees in the selection process. To equip your employees with assessing skills, we offer a range of interview and assessor training courses. These vary from ½ day to 3 day courses, depending on the complexity of your selection process. We also offer refresher training courses for those with past interview and assessment experience.
